You may only connect and use inventory sources you are authorized to access. This includes dealership public websites or supported inventory sources where you have the right to use the inventory.
Responsible Use of Dealership Data
Dealership inventory data is to be used for legitimate listing preparation only. Do not scrape, sell, or misuse dealership data beyond the intended purpose of the service.
Compliance with Third-Party Policies
Users remain responsible for complying with the terms and policies of third-party platforms, including Meta and Facebook Marketplace. Pro Car Finder is an independent software platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use Pro Car Finder to break the law, infringe on the rights of others, damage or disrupt the service, attempt to access unauthorized systems, or misrepresent the service's affiliation with third parties.
Account Responsibility
Protect your account credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for ensuring no shared passwords are used.
Reporting and Enforcement
Pro Car Finder may restrict or terminate access for conduct that violates this policy. If you believe someone is misusing the service, contact us through our contact page.
