No Facebook Passwords
Pro Car Finder never collects Facebook passwords. You sign in to Facebook yourself and stay in control of your account.
No Dealership Passwords
We never collect dealership website passwords. Inventory is imported from authorized public sources you approve.
Inventory Separation
Inventory stays separated by dealership and rooftop, so different dealerships' vehicles never share reports or listings.
Role-Based Access
Separate view and change permissions, plus invite, revoke, and reassign controls for administrators.
Protected Connector Keys
Connector settings for each authorized inventory source are protected from unauthorized changes.
User Responsibility
Users remain responsible for their own listings, edits, boosts, removals, and compliance on Marketplace.
Salesperson-Controlled, Human-Reviewed Replies
Facebook Lead Assistant is included with Pro Car Finder and helps salespeople draft replies for conversations they have already opened. The salesperson reviews and manually sends every response. Dealerships and authorized users remain responsible for configuration, customer communication, human oversight, legal compliance, and the accuracy of dealership and vehicle information.
Salesperson-Initiated
The Assistant works only after the salesperson opens the Facebook Marketplace conversation and pastes or selects the customer's message.
No Personal Facebook Access
Facebook Lead Assistant does not collect Facebook passwords and does not automatically read or access personal Facebook Marketplace messages.
Human Review Before Sending
The salesperson reviews, edits, and manually sends every response. Nothing is posted automatically.
Administrator On/Off
Account administrators can turn Facebook Lead Assistant on or off for their organization.
Rooftop Separation
Inventory, dealership information, and reporting can remain separated by dealership or rooftop.
Approved Information
Suggestions can use the selected vehicle's verified inventory details made available through the customer's configuration.
Consent and CRM Delivery
An authorized lead can be sent to the dealership's CRM only when the destination is configured and the customer has provided appropriate consent.
Human Responsibility
Salespeople remain responsible for their responses, pricing, availability, and final customer commitments.
AI Assistance Requires Human Oversight
AI-generated responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Dealership employees remain responsible for reviewing important information and confirming vehicle availability, pricing, incentives, trade values, financing terms, appointment details, and other material information with the customer.

- Do not use AI responses as legal, tax, lending, or financial advice
- Confirm pricing, availability, and incentives before relying on them
- Escalate sensitive, unusual, or disputed matters to an authorized employee
- Maintain human responsibility for final customer commitments
- Correct inaccurate information promptly when identified
How Customer Information May Be Processed
Operating Facebook Lead Assistant may require customer-submitted message content, vehicle information, appointment details, account configuration, and technical activity data to be processed by Pro Car Finder and approved service providers used to deliver AI reply assistance, hosting, and security.
The specific providers, data categories, retention practices, and contractual terms may depend on the selected features and service agreement. Customers should review the applicable Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and account documentation before enabling the service.
What Facebook Lead Assistant Does Not Do
