You are responsible for your own Facebook account and Marketplace listings. You must be authorized to access and use any dealership inventory you connect, and you remain responsible for reviewing and publishing listings through your own accounts.
Acceptable Use
Use of the service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws, including any policies of third-party platforms such as Meta.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change over time, including changes to Marketplace integration driven by third-party platform policies.
Intellectual Property
The Pro Car Finder platform, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by Pro Car Finder and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Car Finder is not responsible for outcomes of Marketplace listings, sales, leads, or compliance, which are governed by third-party platform terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or for any lawful reason. You may stop using the service at any time.
